*Any product bought from Razia's online store can be exchanged only, when it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.
*Exchange Policy is only liable within 14 days after the goods are delivered.
*For sale orders, exchanges will be provided for valid reasons only i.e Faulty or incorrect items delivered.
* Razia's does not provide exchange/refund for custom orders.
*For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

* Customers will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.

* Credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items.

* Custom orders can only be cancelled within
